In the year 2000, after working for several design houses, Lena opened her design studio ‘Egyptian Closet’. After developing a reputable local name as a Couture Designer in Adelaide, South Australia, Egyptian Closet was renamed ‘Lena Lekkas Couture’.

Lena’s Quaint Studio offered a retail selection of beautiful one-off garments and an ever­ growing demand for her limited-edition designs. Breathtaking garments were created and showcased every year and featured in several Editorials.

Lena closed the studio in December 2005 to focus on mobile consultations and moved to Melbourne shortly afterwards. As a Senior Developer, she worked with industry leaders to create collections for Streetwear brands such as Jeans West, Just Jeans, The Veronicas, Forever New, several licencing products, and Target, to name a few.

Life changed in 2008 with a relocation to Sydney. By Christmas 2009, Lena had given birth to twin daughters, Kathryn and Louise.

Motherhood, freelance design, personal growth, and wellness pursuits occupied over a decade of life changes. This sparked a new creative chapter focusing on promoting personal development through products and services. Lena now uses her gifts & creative wisdom and Love to make people’s lives more enjoyable in this gift we call Life.
