Meditation
Meditation is a powerful mindful practise that evokes calmness, wisdom and openheartedness through habitual practice, promoting overall mind, body and spiritual wellness.
The very objective of meditation is to achieve training the mind to be calm. This is achieved by making calmness a habit. Replacing old mental habits with new healthy habits that benefit the body’s nervous system, overall clarity & personal wellbeing.

Hypnosis
Today scientific research supports the benefits of hypnosis, by treating a wide range of conditions, that including phobias, pain, anxiety & depression.
Don’t expect to feel hypnotised. Hypnosis is a natural state, that has you feeling increasing levels of relaxation. What is known as a ‘trance’ is simply a state of relaxation.
Some people go into deeper states of relaxation than others. It’s important that you know, you are still in control. Suggestions given in hypnosis sessions, are consistent with the values, beliefs and outcomes designed with you, in your coaching sessions.
